Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a "Quality Manager" for our client based in Tekirdağ, Çerkezköy location.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Electrical Electronics, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering departments of universities,

• Minimum 10 years of experience (preferably in automotive or cable industry),

• Proficient in ERP and MS Office programs,

• Knowledgeable about management systems such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, and/or ISO TSE 16949 is preferred,

• Fluent in English,

• Strong team management and communication skills,

• Residing in or able to reside in Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ region.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct necessary information and training activities to raise awareness among staff involved in process stages,

• Ensure that all processes and procedures are created, executed, monitored, controlled, and sustained in accordance with Quality Management System,

• Manage management systems such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, and/or ISO TSE 16949,

• Develop and present the department's business and budget planning to senior management for approval, and implement approved plans,

• Follow up on measures taken for customer complaints and ensure their resolution,

• Organize input, process, and final control measurement and control activities, monitor activities, and provide direction when necessary,

• Organize and participate in management review meetings conducted to review the performance of implemented management systems, and present process performance reports during meetings.
