We are in search of a Pricing Development Specialist with the following qualifications to be assigned at the Samandıra location of Borusan Automotive.

We are looking for passionate Pricing Development Specialist to join our team at Borusan Automotive Group. In this role you will support the pricing team that will build a pricing product and determine company’s pricing strategy. You will work closely with pricing and sales teams to derive insights from data and support daily & long term strategic decisions. The outputs of your efforts will translate into real time, real life actions.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the business needs of pricing projects, working closely with Data Analysts, Business Units and Domain Experts,
• Perform regular analysis (daily, weekly, monthly) on product and operational data to derive insights and determine actions,
• Responsible within all data-operation roles to capture data requirements based on business objectives, initiatives, challenges, and questions,
• Supporting projects (pricing, data issues, local data entries, tabulation, and analysis),
• Synthesizing large data sets and visualizing outcomes, assemble reports & dashboards for management level reporting,
• To ensure continuity and accuracy of Master Data,
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) with specific objectives and track them regularly.

Requirements:

• BSc/MSc degree in Statistics, MIS or related fields,
• 4+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst,
• Good command of MS Office programs,
• Good knowledge of SQL, RDBMS Technologies (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.),
• Hands-on experince on Python and Power BI,
• Analytical thinker with a can-do attitude and flexibility to accommodate to evolving business needs,
• Effective Communication, High Persuasion and Reconciliation skills,
• Enthusiasm and willingness to pursue self-improvement and learn new technologies,
• Be comfortable in working with virtual teams and projects,
• Verbal and written communication skills in English,
• Basic understanding of Agile Methodologies & Practices,
• Personal interest in cars and used car market is a plus.
